At UNALIK, we are committed to delivering the Archive Collection with the same precision and care that goes into our designs. Below you will find the details of our shipping procedures, crafted to ensure your order reaches you securely.

1. Processing & Crafting Time

To maintain our standards of quality, all orders undergo a rigorous quality check and are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation Email including your premium tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real-time.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Our global logistics network ensures your order is handled by the most reliable carriers.

  • United Kingdom: 6 to 10 business days.

  • Europe (France): 7 to 14 business days.

  • International: 7 to 20 business days.

Note: These timeframes are estimates. While we strive for absolute punctuality, delays may occasionally occur due to seasonal peaks, customs clearance, or local courier schedules.

3. Global Sourcing & Fulfillment

To offer a diverse range of premium materials and designs, UNALIK operates a global fulfillment model. Orders are dispatched directly from our specialized international distribution hubs. This allows us to maintain a wider "Archive" while ensuring your pieces are handled by experts at every stage.

4. Complimentary Shipping

We are pleased to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders across the United Kingdom. Any applicable premium shipping upgrades or international fees will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you finalize your payment.

5. Security & Transfer of Liability

To protect both the customer and the brand against fraudulent claims:

  • Confirmed Delivery: Once a carrier provides a "Delivered" status (including GPS data or photo proof), the responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. UNALIK cannot be held liable for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the provided address.

  • Address Integrity: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

  • Amendments: Address corrections must be submitted to contact@unalik.com within 12 hours of order placement. Beyond this window, we cannot guarantee changes as our automated fulfillment systems prioritize rapid dispatch.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For our UK and EU patrons, we aim for a seamless experience. However, please be advised that any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
