Returns & Exchanges
At UNALIK, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of the Archive Collection. If a selection does not perfectly align with your expectations, we invite you to initiate a return or exchange within our signature 30-day Archive Window.
1. Return Conditions
To maintain our standards of excellence and hygiene, all returns must meet the following criteria:

Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with no signs of wear, perfume, or makeup.

Packaging & Tags: All original UNALIK tags must remain attached. Items must be returned in their original branded packaging.

Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel, earrings, and custom-made "Atelier" pieces are considered Final Sale and are ineligible for return unless faulty.
2. The Return Process
To ensure your return is tracked and secured, please follow our curated process:

Request an RMA: Contact our concierge at support@unalik.com with your order number to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Secure Packaging: Place the item back into its original UNALIK box.

Shipment: We recommend using a tracked service (such as Royal Mail Tracked) as UNALIK cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during a return.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the patron, unless the item is confirmed as faulty upon arrival.

3. Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received at our distribution hub, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Notification: You will receive a formal "Refund Confirmation" email once the transaction is complete.

Deductions: Please note that original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Seamless Replacements (The Perfect Fit Guarantee)
To ensure the integrity of our curated inventory, UNALIK does not issue monetary refunds for adjustments in size, shade, or style. Instead, we offer a dedicated replacement service to help you secure the perfect piece.
Once your original item is received and passes our quality inspection at the distribution hub, we will immediately process and dispatch your new selection. This "Receive-and-Replace" system ensures that your exchange is handled with priority. Should your desired item be unavailable, you will be issued a Digital Archive Voucher, allowing you to select any other piece from our collections at your convenience.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
In the rare event that an Archive piece arrives with a defect, please notify our team within 48 hours of delivery. Include high-resolution imagery of the fault. We will provide a complimentary replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs.
6. Legal Notice & Chargebacks
UNALIK operates under the UK Consumer Rights Act. By finalizing your purchase, you agree to this policy.

Fraud Prevention: We utilize advanced digital tracking for every shipment. Any attempt to file a "Product Not Received" or "Item Not as Described" chargeback for an order with confirmed delivery and matching specifications will be contested with full documentation, including GPS delivery coordinates and photo proof.
